Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note the following conditions:
- Items must be in complete, unworn condition, without signs of use such as creases or dirt.

Trying on is allowed, but not for more than a few hours; if worn extensively, we cannot accept the product for resale.
- All original tags, extra laces, accessories, and the original box must be present.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be processed.
Return Process
- Register your return via our Return Portal.
- Pack the items carefully in the original packaging.
- Attach the return label to the package.
- Drop off the package at a PostNL or DHL drop-off point, depending on the return label.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made an error. Fees are as follows:

Processing & Refund
- Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt.
- If the items meet our return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded minus return costs and any payment gateway fees to the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Cancellation

Within 1 hour of order: free cancellation, full refund.

After 1 hour, before shipping: contact us immediately via info@relisted.eu.

After shipping: cancellation is no longer possible; you can return the package according to this return policy.

Refusing the package at delivery: only allowed after registration via the Return Portal; otherwise, actual return costs will be charged.
