Shipping & Delivery

At Relisted, we work with both our own stock and carefully selected trusted partners across Europe. This means we don’t always have everything in-house, but you can trust that all our partners adhere to the same high standards of quality and authenticity. All sneakers are also always checked for authenticity and quality before being shipped. Shipping occurs on weekdays before 5:00 PM.

Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands: €4 per order
  • Belgium: €5 per order
  • Germany: €6 per order
  • France & Spain: €7 per order
  • Italy, Poland, Austria & Portugal: €11 per order
  • Other EU countries: €20 per order

No hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 2–10 business days

Fast Shipping: 3–4 business days

Express Shipping: Within 48 hours*

*The 48-hour shipping applies to weekdays. Due to shipping partners, we cannot guarantee that a sneaker will be shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

If there are any delays during the process, we will always keep you transparently informed. That is our promise to you!

Standard Shipping

Because we want to offer 100% authenticity guarantee on our sneakers, we source them only from the most reliable retailers and partners. This can sometimes take a little longer, hence the 2–10 business days. However, we always do everything we can to ship your sneakers within 1 business day once we have received and checked them.

Fast Shipping

For many products, we have the option to deliver within 3–4 business days because they are popular. We are transparent with you as a customer and cannot promise a 48-hour shipping, but you can still expect a fast delivery time.

Express Shipping (48h)

Sneakers that are in stock at Relisted or with direct partners are shipped within 48 hours on weekdays. These sneakers are pre-checked and can therefore be shipped within 48 hours.

Our Commitment to You

We do everything we can to ensure you receive your sneakers as quickly as possible. We have no influence over supplier delivery times, but we will ship everything as soon as we have received and checked your sneakers. In many cases, your order will be delivered faster than the maximum delivery time.

International Shipping (EU)

Relisted ships within the European Union. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the delivery country, as indicated above.

Important Information:

  • During busy periods, it may take slightly longer for your order to arrive. We will always keep you updated with tracking updates so you know exactly where your package is.
  • Always double-check your address details when completing your order; we are not responsible for errors in the provided address.
  • Orders not picked up at a pick-up point or returned due to an incorrect address may incur an additional €10 charge for return shipping.
  • All sneakers are shipped with standard insurance up to €500.
  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days. After this period, the insurance coverage expires.
