1. Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to all orders and agreements through Relisted. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

2. Prices

All prices are in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Relisted reserves the right to change prices.

3. Orders and Agreement

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Relisted confirms the order by email, at which point the agreement is concluded.

4. Payment

Payment is made via the offered payment methods. If payment is late, Relisted reserves the right to suspend delivery.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out using the chosen shipping method. Delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation.

6. Returns & Cancellation

The right of withdrawal and order cancellation is available here: Returns & Cancellation

7. Warranty

Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. Damage from improper use or normal wear and tear is not covered.

8. Liability

Relisted is only liable for direct damages caused by intentional acts or gross negligence. Indirect damages, lost profits, or savings are excluded.

10. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, obligations are suspended. If it lasts longer than 30 days, both parties may terminate the agreement.

11. Governing Law

Dutch law applies. The competent court is the one at Relisted's registered office.
